  • Pleaaase update the workouts!

I’ve used this for two years and loved it but I’ve done all the workouts and challenges and nothing has been updated in two years!!!!! I’ve recommended it to tons of people and it’s a great app but it needs some new workouts. Will revise my rating when that happens if I don’t unsubscribe first.
  • Workouts are great, but some things could be tweaked...

Workouts are great! They get you sweating in a short amount of time, they incorporate different kinds of exercises with yoga and that’s really cool, but the music played during the workouts is not my thing. It’s too pop/up-beat cycling/pilates class type music. Since it’s yoga, I’m used to more zen/chill music in the background. Also, I feel like the explanations from the instructors (2/3 of the instructors whose videos I’ve completed) are a vague and I have to go back and look at my phone (kind of difficult at times). I’ve listened to the focus music and the selection is extremely limited and repetitive. The most important part of this app are the workouts, definitely a hit, spot on, love them, but most other things need a lot of work. I haven’t used the sleep tab or the meditations tab, so I can’t fairly review those. Thanks!

The widgets prevent my watch syncing with my phone so that I have to restart workouts constantly. The quizzes are annoying an unnecessary.
  • Company steals from you

See other reviews - this is a bad company to do business with. Check out many of the other apps from more reputable companies that conduct themselves with honesty & integrity.

The streamlined pacing and direction here was so straight forward I ended up releasing into joints I felt I couldn't before. Looking forward to the rest.
  • Do Not Download This App

I downloaded this app to look into it, got to the part about how much it is and deleted it. This took about 2 minutes. I never signed up for it. I never went through any type of trial period. They continue to try and charge me. Fortunately, It keeps being declined.
  • Goals are not clear

They don’t give clear goals. I want to know what 1 mins a day gets me for results and in what timeframe.. doesn’t at all feel like a fast way to get fit.

This app has hidden renewals BEWARE renewal of this app!!! If you can’t use it- I am old and injured and try to not renew they make it really hard and will not refund you if you were a day late due to a weekend and they had 48 hours to respond. Oops you lose. They don’t. They got your $$$$

Workouts are good. The app itself has so many issues. The pause and rewind feature doesn’t work. Streaming to your tv doesn’t always work. They need to invest in fixing these issues it’s pretty annoying.
  • Effective workouts

Very effective workouts in just 25 minutes. Love how my body feels so strong after doing this a few times a week consistently. The app doesn’t seem to have new exercise content so some of it is repetitive after having this subscription for almost two years. The other thing that could be better is during the workout they ask you if you want to do more exercise. The problem is they ask you after you cool down. I think they should ask before cool down and start the next workout after warmup. Because you are already warmed up. ☺️
