  • Makes fitness super approachable

    By Chainz_wuwu
I just turned 44 and was needing to refocus on my fitness. I also belong to a video yoga website but was finding I just wanted some more “workout” based options. Asana Rebel has been absolutely perfect for me because of the customized selection of workouts, their even pacing (not hyper like some cardio classes), and their length. Some days 20-25 minutes of strength training is all I can handle and this makes me feel like I am still able to engage and keep up even when I am still sore or have less time to devote. I am definitely building strength and tone quickly and in a way that doesn’t leave me decimated for days. The video and audio quality is excellent - loads better than the other site I am on. I like the music options and the home feed’s suggestions. I don’t have to go searching for what I want, it’s served to me which saves me the decision fatigue. I like the music options and will be checking out some of the recipe suggestions soon. Overall this just makes my fitness commitment super easy and very doable.
  • i want to cancel and there seems to be no way

    By camDenver
these were not what i expected and not what was shown in the ads. how do i cancel? when i bring it up in app settings, there is no cancel subscription
  • Not what I was expecting

    By SoccerGal6
So, I tried to sign up for the free trial but it required me to pick a subscription option. I did but cancelled today, one day after I signed up for the app but it doesn’t look like I am going to get a refund?! Says my subscription is still valid through the anniversary date. I did not like the app, it’s not what the ads make it out to be, I cancelled & would like a refund. Please let me know what I need to do have the refund processed. Signed up 10/07, cancelled 10/08.
  • Subscription didn’t unlock anything

    By KindredOrange
Purchase my subscription for $35.99 annually, but the absent all workouts were still locked. Then I would click on the subscribe button and would get locked into a loop where it told me “sorry you’re already subscribed” And there was no option to contact anyone or get help. Went to the website. Went to the help section. No phone number to call, and the email response I got said it could take up to seven days for them to get back to me. So now I have a $36 subscription that is essentially useless and no way to contact anyone to help me.
  • Challenges

    By Crash Rebels
Love the challenges because it takes thinking out of programming what to do each day. However as I complete challenge and start new one the new challenge doesn’t populate Home Screen….
  • Asana review

I have really enjoyed some things on the app. The basic instructions with the teacher that guides most of the 28 day program has been great. Very basic, bust all very well explained and I do not think any instructor has been as clear from all apps and classes I have taken. For the music on the background, I find that very distracting. Really do not like it and it makes me a bit unsettled. The meditation teacher is good, but I really think it needs variety if I were to stick with the app long term.
  • Captions needed

Closed captioning is needed on all videos with talking. It is not merely for convenience, but also safety for you deaf and hard of hearing subscribers. We pay too.
  • Good but had problems.

    By wise rose
I was fine with it for a week or so and then the volume wouldn’t work on the exercises. I tried trouble shooting but I have a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max and I don’t think that was the problem. It would only play on the ear speaker and then it wouldn’t play anything at all. So this is where it gets annoying. I uninstalled the app but now they are asking for payment when I already paid for the year. It gave me the option to sign into an already existing account. I signed in and the app works but then I go to use the exercises and it wants me to pay again. I click to pay again (although I’m not going to) and it says that I already have a subscription. I say ok. The it gives me an error message. I’m sorry an error occurred. Then it goes right back to do it all again.
  • Not for me

    By Savvy_stylist
I wish I could’ve navigated the app before purchasing. The interface is lovely and the concept is great, but there is very little content. Definitely not enough to warrant a payment from me. I’ve requested a refund.
  • Is this a beginner app?

    By Flower girl in California
I just started with this App a week ago. I have “completed” 5 workouts in this time. I signed up for beginner because I am an overweight, middle aged, women attempting to get back in shape. This may come as a surprise to the creators of this app but as a middle aged women, out of shape women, I could not do a side plank, while doing crunches, if my life depended on it. I also can not do a handstand or a full body push up. I am frustrated. I tried to make sure I was in beginner but I see no way to check the level I am on or change that level. I end up skipping super difficult excercises and just do the ones I can do which are about 80% of the workout. I wish I could do a whole workout so I could feel better. When I can not do an pose, I am frustrated and feel bad. I like that I am sore and I so enjoy the app just think there needs to be more truly beginner poses. If you are very yoga advanced you will love this app.
