  • My favorite workout app

    By lelika3
I would love to see more high intensity workouts with elements of yoga in it. Otherwise my #1 workout app. I’ve used it for almost 4 years consistently.

I have an emotional attachment with this app. It’s not just an app, it’s a beautiful community where you connect with all the amazing women around the world who constantly shows love and support. Even on your darkest days, you get inspiration from this community. And the trainers are so motivating. Their support and love makes me keep going. What would I’ve done without this #sweatcommunity love you @sweat ♥️♥️ I am sweat made!

Sweat community is one of the most supportive group of people I have ever seen❤️I love the workouts they offer and I never have to depend on an expensive personal trainer or the gym anymore!!!. It never gets monotonous, you have so many programs to choose from, this is the best investment ever!
  • Great!

Love the workouts! I recently started the post partum workouts and at first I thought they were going to be too easy, but as I actually did them I realized they were exactly what I needed and perfect for regaining strength in my pelvic floor! Gotta walk before I can run! In the past I also did the hiit workouts and loved those too!

I started using the SWEAT app recently and love how interactive it is. Navigation around the app is easy. The planner keeps me motivated to stick to a workout schedule which is super helpful. And i love the recipe section if i want ideas of healthy meals. Highly recommend it👍
  • Just like my local CrossFit gym!

    By Hatton173
First day with Cass Olholm and it felt like a real CrossFit class. I took CrossFit for 6 years and ended my membership just this month to save $132/month. I sweated my butt off and got a fantastic workout. Thank you!
  • Workouts Great, Wrecks Apple Fitness

    By JennMurph
I had to disconnect the integration from Sweat to Apple Health / Fitness because 1. Sweat causes duplicate workouts when training with an Apple Watch, 2. Sweat randomly sends GIANT workouts to Apple and it blows all of my records, challenges, and goals away by sending ridiculous amounts such as a 30 minute walking turning into 700 minutes of exercise. I love your workouts and programs but your dev team really needs to drop integrations if they’re not going to work properly.
  • Great workout!
