    Sweat meets me where I am and continues to meet me on my fitness journey. When I started sweat I was a beginner, but as a progress, sweat also progressed to continuously (and appropriately) challenge me. Then when I got pregnant and after having the baby, sweat was there with a program that met my needs. Really appreciate how sweat has challenged me physically and taught me to love my body. It also has so many trainers and programs to chose from. Really great program and totally worth the monthly subscription.
