    Great for keeping track exercises and rest time interval. Since you cannot provide all available exercises, it would be very helpful if we can add or plan exercises not in your database.
  • Bring back customization

    I originally loved the app because of the ability to customize the workouts as needed to fit my equipment I have in my home. But the new update has ruined the trainer function. -Inability to access entire catalogue for replacement exercises. The third chest exercise for example. Most people don’t have a cable machine in their home and chest flies off a bench put your shoulder in a very vulnerable position. I would rather do a bench press variation than be shoehorned into an ineffective/dangerous exercise. -No more 2 and 3 day splits? Not everyone can fit 4-5 day splits in, especially since most of us play sports/do other forms of exercise. I do yoga/ride horses/run between my lifting sets. This app was helping me be more prepared for those, and now it is encroaching on those activities it was helping. You seriously had a golden goose of a workout app here. Please bring back the features that made it better than most. I know you want to push your training algorithm, but flexibility and adaptability is what made the previous versions great. I’ll be sticking to the workouts recommended by the previous trainer program until the trainer function is fixed.

  • Three days in and feeling great

    What I like about this app so far is that It helps with finding my preferred rep count by doing the all out performance before a set. Over time it’ll adjust which will be beneficial. It’s easy to use and so far all the workouts are on common machines, so nothing to fancy will be needed.

  • This update is buggy

    I have had this app for years and it’s been great… until this week. Your update wiped some of my data, went into my custom workouts and changed weights AND exercises. I spent hours making my own workouts to have them ruined. It is also showing the wrong exercises when doing certain things. Like shoulder flys and presses instead of curls and skull crushers. Patches please!! This is beyond irritating

    I have been using this app 4-5 months now and LOVE IT. Two other guys at my gym are now using it also. However, I am not a fan of update getting rid of the two day a week plan. I work 50 hours a week, in school for my masters, and married with two kids. Two days a week is all I can commit to. It’s quite frustrating that I can no longer build a plan around 2 days a week. If it weren’t for this issue, I would give this app a 5 star review.

    Team, love the update however, it no longer allows me to modify the plan how I want to modify (i.e add or move exercises. Nonsense, I can still modify the plans under workout.
