    It works as described without any issues. My only problem is going from $10 to $15. I like having it there as a back up. Definitely not paying more then $10. But overall it’s a well executed idea that has room for improvement like everything else.

    I’ve had this app for 6 years now. It use to work just fine, but now phone calls go straight to voicemail, there’s no notice of a missed call or voicemail, and often the voicemail goes to my real voicemail. The whole reason I had to get a separate business line was because I started getting so many spam calls and voicemails. So I rarely check my personal voicemail. The app also no longer alerts to text messages either. They don’t show up as notifications on my phone and the app icon doesn’t show any notifications. So I have to constantly go into the app and refresh the screen 2-3 times to see if I have any messages or missed calls. This has been detrimental to my business. ALSO, when you save a contact it can take WEEKS for the contact name to actually appear. So if I can’t recall who a client is via the text conversation, I have to click on the contact icon and go to “edit” to see their name. Customer service use to be great, but I’ve reported these issues multiple times over the last 8 months and I’ve gotten no response. The app has gotten worse and worse and yet they’re increasing their monthly rate from the already overpriced $9.99 a month to $14.99 a month. NOT WORTH IT. I hate that I’m stuck with this number and thus this app 😑 Save yourselves!

    It gets worse with every update! Why am I paying MORE for LESS???? No contact names were saved with the last required update! Alll that time saving my clients to your app, ALL LOST with your updates. You have NOT fixed the last errors from the last “REQUIRED UPDATE OR YOUR ACCOUNT GETS SUSPENDED” update! And people only contact me late at night. Email me with a phone number I can call in the U.S.. because at this point, getting a second cheap phone just seems the better route.

    I have subscribed to this app for a few months now and am not receiving all of the text messages sent to me and missed/made calls are not registering on the app. I have missed out of business because of this app! Definitely not going to renew this month.

    It will be a terrible mistake raising the price of this app from 9.99 to 14.99. I’ve been using this app for years literally! And that will make me move on. You won’t get 15 dollars from me! When google voice is free! Lost a loyal customer!!

    I received a message today 5/17/23 informing me the effective 5/16/23 the cost of the app would be increasing (but if I act now, I can lock in my price if I pay annually). I’m sorry, but I thought that we inform customers PRIOR to changes, not the day after. I’m porting this number immediately.

    After dealing with not being able to make or receive calls for an extended period in March/April, the ceo sent a “sorry” text message and now thinks this product is worth 50% more per month. I use this as a business line and I missed out on a lot of important calls/potential clients. I just now received an important text message that was sent to me on April 19. At $9.99 per month I could overlook the issues with this service, but at $14.99 I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

    I got this app a few years ago when I started my business so that I could have a separate line for my clients from my personal phone number. I spend more time with this app dropping out or not getting messages than I do getting solid service. There’s often an “outage” of some kind, meaning I might not get calls or messages until they fix things. The fiasco of setting up my account should have told me what I was in for, I lost 2 clients over it. (I didn’t know I missed their messages while my phone was out of service and they just thought I ignored them.) Now they are raising the price of the service by $4.50 in one go. I certainly don’t think this app is worth $15/month. If I can port my number somewhere else, I’m a absolutely leaving. Don’t give them your money.
