    I was in their low plan when they started charging. Recently they deleted my whole account without notice just because I was paying less. When I contacted customer service they said we can't disclose due to security reason.... Are you guys serious? What security? And worst part is canceled my account and still have the audacity to keep charging me monthly. Everyone there are better options available.

    I’ve been using this app for about three years to text my clients. All of a sudden this month it stopped sending text from the phone number that I reserved. It kept asking me to use a different phone number because the one that I selected was “inactive” and so it forced me to select a new number. But when I did it, it still didn’t work. I have from August 2024 to February 2025 paid already. But since I can’t use it anymore and it’s useless to contact clients with, I guess I’m just out the money for the next several months. If they would flick fix this glitch, the app would still be great. But it’s been two weeks now and I can’t use it so I guess it’s not worth the time to download it. I’m writing this review on August 28, 2024 I don’t expect the developers to contact me UPDATE: 9/6/24 Changed from 1 star to 4 This App magically started working yesterday. Today I got a message when I opened the app that said there was a New Critical Update available and that I should update the app. I did and I even got my original number back! The developers also reached out to me! I’m very satisfied now. Thank you Pinger! 4 stars because I had to download another app that cost me $10 during the time Sideline was down.
  • Was good, now glitchy?

    I had this app for a few years or so and liked it. However, I started getting more spam calls than actual business calls and deleted the app. It seems like there’s a glitch and the spam calls are still coming through sideline after removing the app?? I also can’t turn the notifications off despite removing the app. So I have a bunch of annoying spam calls I can’t get rid of?

    I’ve had this app for many years, I’ve always been a pro member. I use it as my business line to receive calls and texts only. I never make calls and I never send texts. I never really use it at all. Today I realized my account was banned for “violating the terms of service” which is impossible seeing as how I never even use it. But they still take their money from me every month. So be careful, you might be blocked for doing absolutely nothing and then lose your business number.

    Not sure what happened on the last update. Every time I went to check messages or calls the app would ask me to sign in. After about 3 days of that i decided to uninstall it and reinstall it. Now I’m completely locked out my app. This is crazy for the amount of money I give to this company.

    I don’t normally do this, but this service was so bad, I had to leave a review . Tried using the app to do outreach to previous clients via text message. After 20 messages I was banned from texting for 10 DAYS. When I contacted support (Ericka) they suggested another app and banned me.

    * Update* Right before the development response I️ received an email from support stating their Abuse team identified the threat and is working through a resolution… but there was no breach? Looks like y’all over there weaving lies like a 40in bust down. DO NOT DO IT BUSINESS PEER. $14 is affordable but you definitely get what you pay for. My account was hacked and after contacting the online support… nothing has been resolved. My account was deleted after the contact to online support, my subscription still charged, no emails were responded to after ‘Ericka’ a customer service team lead told me if the situation persisted to contact her directly, and I️ have currently lost revenue and clients due to these actions that has my customer service take the hits. DO NOT DO IT! I️nvest in a second business phone or a higher end second line service.

    Have been a loyal customer for years, great features with random glitches I could get over. Not today. Lost all of my messages for the entire year, had multiple business conversations go poof with no phone call support available and text support saying there is no way to retrieve them. Looking for a new service.

    For starters Ryan is a poor excuse for a customer service rep. He should be fired because he’s extremely rude. He wouldn’t answer any questions. You can’t call them for support. There’s a lot better options out there than dealing with this poorly organized company that provides cryptic responses and then disappears from chat without even responding initially. They earned negative stars but that’s not possible. Hopefully they will fail because poor business management should not be rewarded

    I was using sideline as my business line for almost 2 years and admittedly it was working well. Until one day I was attempting to text a client and I received a message saying my phone # is out of service for lack of use. I received and sent calls and texts almost every day. I also received no notification that this was happening or going to happen. Being my business line this was not good because I did not want to change my number on 3 dozen services and forms. It costs $20 to port out your number and a lot of hassle to get/find an account # so that another service can take that number. On top of that this happened on the day of my monthly billing. So I’m out that too. If you want a phone number you have to babysit to make sure it’s working go with sideline.
